If you are a platform customer, your use of Lumina’s services is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by German law:

• Lumina shall be liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For slight negligence, Lumina is only liable in case of breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.
• Lumina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or lost profits arising from the use of this Website, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
• The above limitations do not apply to liability for injury to life, body, or health, or under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
